1903 Morgan Dollar

Another issue of the series that collectors will find widely available in gem grades is the 1903 Morgan Dollar. Coins are usually well struck, with rich luster, and can be acquired at relatively affordable prices even for PCGS or NGC certified MS65 and MS66 examples.

This year, the Philadelphia Mint struck 755 of the 1903 Proof Morgan Dollars for distribution to collectors. The circulation strike coin had a mintage of 4,652,000.
