It was released on August 3 with a household order limit of three coins and became “currently unavailable” within half an hour. First reported sales were 174,930 coins, while the final sales for this coin were 174,852 after accounting for order reconciliations.
Sales for this issue did not reopen later in the year since virtually all that were available sold on August 3.
NGC values MS70 examples of this issue at $250 and MS69s at $200, while PCGS values the date in MS70 at $230 and MS69s at $135. Prices vary depending on the type of label and other factors.
As of May 11, 2022, NGC has graded 28,319 coins have been graded MS70, while 2,271 have been graded MS69. At PCGS 12,798 have been graded MS70, while 2,293 have been graded MS69.
